Windows needs the Intel WIFI drivers installed and your WIFI adapter also needs to use BlueTooth. Helps if you post the wifi adapter info.
Seem you still dont understand... my Intel Wifi is working fine, my bluetooth is working fine too (I can reconnect previous device OK) but I can not add another device because click on Add Bluetooth or Other Device is not popup any windows. And finally a lots of ppl have confirmed that bugs of insider build...

Since a few days I have exactly the same problem!
It always worked before and now not.

    Did you find any solutions?

    News Update:
Having a very similar system like you: I7-6700 32 GB RAM with exactly the same problem you described.
Mine is a desktop with a Bluetooth dongle plugged into one of the many USB ports.

I just discovered that this is very likely a compatibility issue that was created either with some Windows update or something else!
Is yours a desktop or laptop? If it is a desktop what is the BT device and if it's laptop what is the BT device there?
(if it is an integrated BT in the Intel Wi-Fi AC 9560 I can write your novel about that piece of garbage!)

The Bluetooth dongle I have is the EVEO BT 5.1 I had purchased a pair back in May 2022. I never was fully happy with the range (~5 meters) I found them rather substandard short and I have had some compatibility /connectivity issues sometimes.

Discovered a while ago that the BT dongle has serious compatibility issues!
A BT 4.0 headset I have would not work.
Plug in an old BT 4.0 dongle and my headset works again!
Also have better range and no connectivity issues.

Newer BT devices I bought are no detected.
Recent (Tuesday, March 5) Windows 10 update does no longer detect/drive BT dongle.

So I plugged in the old BT 4.0 dongle and everything worked again!
Plugging the aforementioned EVEO BT5.1 dongle and the problem is back!
