Yeah, you're right, check again my message, I edited it. Yes, I get those CPU-Z specs, but read my message edited, come people have different values. Would a re-install of W10 fix the Task Manager bug? It's really annoying to have that wrong.

No, no, no, those 160-180W of power I'm talking about are referring to the outlet, it's not a software program, it's a power meter I have. The PSU is using about 170W under full load CPU + GPU, and then the PC itself must be using a percentage of that. So, I have 100W room for sure, unless the manufacturer is lying about the PSU specs, which I believe it's not legal, specially if we are talking about a DELL PC, not a no-brand chinese PC.

What? I use under full load 170W, why in heavens I should spend $50-70 to buy a 500W PSU???

Even setting the Prime95 alone, still 90% usage.

With settings below, it should give approx. 93% load.

I don't know if that was a joke or not, hahaha. Anyways, what I want to say is that in any PC, if you run prime95, the CPU will go 100% all the time, unless heavy throttling happens. I'm always looking that in the Task Manager, of course, not any other program. So if right now Task Manager is giving me wrong GHz values, it could also be possible that it's giving me wrong % and Prime95 could be using my CPU at 100%, but task manager would show wrongly 92%.
