Were you offered 1903 by Windows Update - or did you upgrade using an iso?I installed 1903 win 10 home now
If you weren't offered it by Windows update, then, assuming Windows Update was functional, you tried upgrading at your own risk. Why? If MS offers you a 1903 upgrade via WU, that means MS's database regards your PC as (potentially) compatible.
If a driver isn't found, and there's definitely not once provided by your manufacturer or via Windows Update, this is one circumstance in which you might try a driver updater tool.
Please confirm you have tried scanning for a driver in Device Manager.
Your asus B75M-LX mbo seems to be from around 2013, with drivers to Win 8.1, BIOS to 2014.

As such there are no guarantees you will find one.
The "Other devices" section is for hardware that Windows has not installed drivers for - generally because Windows does not know what it is.
1 You could try Asus support site and any user forums they provide. You should at least try the latest driver they suggest even if it is not officially a Windows 10 driver.
2 You might also try a general internet search for <your computer model> windows 10 drivers
3 Back in Device manager, you can double-click on the device to see its properties -
- then select the Details tab,
- chose HardwareIDs and then CompatibleIDs from the dropdown list,
- right-click the results that are shown, Select all then Copy
- paste the IDs into a text file.
Then search for the IDs on the internet. If you do not get any hits, remove the final sections of the IDs and search again.
4 I agree that you should post a screenshot showing this item in Device manager.
5 You could also try deleting the Device manager entry in order to force Windows to re-detect it from scratch [this sometimes needs a reboot].
As dalchina warned, you might not find a Windows 10 driver.
Best of luck,
Denis

Go to the Device and look at Properties > Details > Property > Hardware IDs
Look up the Hardware ID numbers, other property info to suss it out.
It may just be a ghost device, or identified wrong. I presume you know your hardware on the MOBO and what you have plugged in to any PCI-E slot.
