Adding printer to taskbar, or?
Is there any way to add my printer to the task bar or to the start menu? Yes, I know it's listed on my network devices, but I want a really quick way to reach it.

From Devices and Printers in Control Panel, right click on it and select Create a shortcut.
It will say it can't and do you want it on the Desktop.
Click Yes.
Then right click on it on the Desktop and select Pin to Start.
Delete the icon on the Desktop if you don't want it there.
Hi,
That's true. You can create a Toolbar on taskbar and then pin/move that shortcut to it:
Add Toolbars to Taskbar in Windows 10
There is also an easier 'close to' way: Go to Control Panel, right click on Devices and Printers => Pin to Start but you'll get the full Devices and Printers window.
If it is a network device (Wi-Fi, Ethernet) you can open File Explorer, expand Network on the left pane, then right click on your printer => Pin to Start
Hello Jacee,
If you like, you could also use the method in the tutorial below to create a shortcut to open the printer's queue which is what often opens from Devices and Printers anyway.
This shortcut can be pinned to the taskbar and/or Start menu.

I went to settings---Bluetooth and other devices---right clicked on "printers and scanners" in the left menu devices and chose to pin to the start menu. Really simply, what I was looking for!
