Using a Dynamic Drive in a Normal Computer
I have a Dell T3500 win10 computer using MBR, and attempted to connect a win7 dynamic drive as the second drive. It is not recognized. I went into Setup and verified SATA1 was turned on. I connected it as the only drive and it went through a repair sequence and was not successful. The drive has been in a drawer for years, and it seems unlikely it failed. I can continue, trying it on a 3rd computer etc., but wondered if the fact it is a dynamic drive could be the issue. If it works, I'll change it back to a normal drive, install an image of the current drive, and use it as a test drive when partitioning
