    What are GSPY Devices?

So I conduct research using microcontrollers and the software I use cannot communicate with my microcontrollers after my system power cycles. On first install I can communicate with the controllers just fine but not so after my system power cycles. In Device Manager my microcontroller programming board shows up as a Virtual HID Minidriver Collection under the GSPY Devices category. Where does this driver come from, since this is what seems to be causing me issues? This does not show up on other computers I have tried.

    Dell Optiplex 7040
    Intel i7 6700
    16GB DDR4 2133
    Windows 10 Enterprise
    2x AMD Radeon R5 340X

What software are you running for those microcontrollers and are there associated services and tasks?

GSPY is G-Spy co. ltd. http://www.linux-usb.org/usb.ids

The devices are Texas Instruments' MSP-EXP430G2 Launchpads with MSP430G2553s. I use the Code Composer Studio software and I have used versions 6.0 up to the current 9.1. Besides the program itself, I don't see any specific tasks and services that launch with the program or when connecting the Launchpad.

I looked into the USB ID and found that my Launchpad ID is showing up under both GSPY Devices and the COM Ports category. As a note this doesn't occur on my personal laptop.
