    Renesas USB 3.0 eXtensible Host Controller - 1.0 (Microsoft)


    Hi.

    I have Renesas USB 3.0 eXtensible Host Controller - 0.96 (Microsoft), but I have read that 1.0 is available, but I cannot find it.

    The reason I am looking to upgrade from 0.96 is because my USB Controller drops out from time to time requiring me to restart.

    It's a PCIe add-on card.

    Hi thomaseg1.

    Yes, I have tried there, but it's a firmware update (not a driver), and when I run the batch I just noticed a quick flicker of the screen and that was it.

    You should of had a "fail" there.
    you might have to wait till it fails again to get the info.

    So far 1.0 seems something of a myth, I have not found an actual file for it.
    Driver Easy says it has it but that isn't a program that I use.
    Especially after it updated my video card drivers with the wrong ones.
