Can't find drivers for this laptop

    Can't find drivers for this laptop


    A family off mine came and asked me to wipe the whole laptop so i did but the WIFI or sound does not work at all

    Refurbished THOMSON UK-NEO10A-2WH32 INTEL ATOM X5 2GB 32GB 10.1 Inch Windows 10 Laptop - Laptops Direct

    I can not find any WIFI or sound drivers for this laptop, Iv tried the basic ones but they wont work, This is a clean Windows 10 install

    Can someone link me them or?

    Its highley likely that as it only has 2 gig ram drivers are only made for 32 bit windows as makers have to pay to create 64 bit signed drivers

    Some drivers here but I don't know if they are 32 or 64 bit:

    Thomson NEO 10 10.1" Intel Atom Device Drivers (WWNEO10A-2BK32)

    Slightly different model but the drivers may work.

    I've seen a couple of times where using an Ethernet connection to a Router/Internet got drivers not otherwise found.

    The resource cannot be found

    The laptop was Windows 10 64bit when family came and asked so

    Maybe reload the drivers from the backup that you made before you wiped it clean? And that computer should definitely be running 32 bit Windows, not 64 bit.

    There wasnt a backup with it when it came, There isnt any drivers at all?, Sounds strange to me

    Well, normally with these off brand, very proprietary computers, drivers are backed up using the DISM /export-driver command before they are wiped for a clean install because, usually, the drivers supplied by the manufacturer are extremely difficult to find. That being said....what is the make/model of the WiFi controller in this computer?
