Help me decide partition size

931 GB.

Hard to say what is right size for programs (C:) as we don't know how you use your device.

If you subtract your personal data storage from your current C: drive how much is used for programs? (Of course I'm assuming you just have a c: right now and that could be a very bad assumption. Use file explorer to tell you how big c:\users is.)

If you are installing Windows, you should be able to set C at 240 and then after Windows is installed to that partition, you could go to Windows Disk Management and see how much Windows says remains unallocated and use that indicated amount for D. You wouldn't have to worry about D at all during the installation process.

Or just choose the entire drive for C and then shrink C to 240 after Windows is installed. Then make D out of what's left after the shrink.

You shouldn't have to size the D partition or worry about it at all until AFTER Windows is installed.

If i want 240GB on C drive should i write 240000 MB or 245758 MB in this box (screenshot) ?

I agree and will add that there probably will be a small partition or two that will end up between the C: partition and any unallocated space such as could be called D:\DATA, will get in the way later on if wanting to Expand C: and require third-party software to change. I'd go with 200-250GB for C:, get Windows running then use Disk Management to deal with the resultant unallocated space. My 3 year old ASUS came with C: at 150GB and D: at 750GB and have no problems with it. One can usually do Custom installs of programs and put most of them on D:, save space on C:.

You didn't mention what kind of laptop you have.

Some devices like HP and Dell allow you to override boot order to USB using a function key when you power it up and on the next boot it returns to BIOS order.

Sorry i did not mention my laptop before. My laptop is ASUS TUF FX505DT. I am using MCT to make bootable to my Flash Drive, and my bios is UEFI.
I want to make sure my bios ask me if i want to boot from USB if i press any key, and if i don't press any key the bios will automatically boot me to hard drive. So i don't load to flash drive again after copying windows file to computer and first reboot during windows installation.
And for boot order Flash Drive in first priority then hard drive in second priority

Sorry if i can't explain better, but the point is i want this screen (screenshot) appear when i clean install my windows every time my laptop reboot during the installation, so i dont have to unplug my flash drive until windows installation done

Does this screen will automatically appear on the first reboot right after your flash drive done with copying windows file to your laptop progress ?
Because i saw clean install video on youtube, its seems this screen doesnt appear on the first boot with USB and then appear right after first reboot after copying windows file done.
