hdtune pro error

    hdtune pro error


    i have samsung evo ssd 500gb i just ran hdtune pro it showed this error

    I have the same error on one of my internal HDDs...........
    It seems this error can do no harm..........??!

    The CRC numbers can remain high or grow over time as there is no automatic reset.

    The problem can be related to connections / cables.

    Go to te Error Scan tab and a Scan, Not a Quick Scan. If more then a few blocks turn Red that would signify the beginning of a Hard Drive Failure.
    As stated, replace SATA DATA cable. Try a different SATA port, try a different Power Plug from the PSU.

    You do not need to run h tune or any other type of the same app on SSD'S. These errors will pop up because these utilities were written back when manufacturers of PATA Platter hard drives did not have basically what amounts to a computer controlling the hard drive onboard the hard drive.

    Changed sata cable still same but no bad sector all are in green

    if the number isn't really increasing overtime, then there's nothing to worry about as long as the drive is performing as it should

    Ok thanks but what caused this crc error actually i simultaneously deleted c drive 3 times to install windows had some problms could this cause this
