For my diginnos dg-w10m on windows divice recovery tools no package how tosolve my bitlocker and blue sreen same problem

diginnos despite being a japanese company isn't really a reputable one , they do not support that phone any more mind you they clearly state in japanese that they bundle their tablets with un-licensed os installed and in case of troubles you may need to consult microsoft and not them which sounds pretty odd .
there are no roms to that phone found on any phone rom forum known , and most resources or references about that phone are written in japanese or chinese so unless you are familiar with these languages i suggest you ditch the case and move on .
