    i spoke to Crucial on chat and asked about the ones i thought about buying (my first link to them from Amazon) the guy said they were not compatible with my laptop, so for £10 more i went for the ballistix ones

    dual rank....Will it work just as well?
    Better (not that a user necessarily would notice), as a general technical point of performance. It has to do with the addressing.
