Disabling CSM doesn't allow boot to Windows

Not sure if this is a BIOS bug or I'm just messing with something I shouldn't. To my understanding, CSM support is for old OS's. I wanted to disable it to enable Secure Boot, but it seems when I disable CSM support in my BIOS it just boots back into the BIOS when I save the settings. It seems to recognise the drives, but doesn't allow me to even boot override into Windows. Relevant information is in my specs.

On Intel motherboards, CSM (Compatibility Support Module) should only be disabled if your GPU is UEFI compatible. If not, you'll run into the issue you're reporting. And yes, on Intel boards, in order to enable Secure Boot, CSM must be disabled in order for Secure boot to be enabled. See my posts here and here. Lastly this one with the link in it.

Anyway, I note you have an AMD (Sapphire) Vega 64 Nitro, and I'm 99.999 percent sure that card does support UEFI, but I also note you have and AMD board, which I know nothing about since I've never used or owned one, so things "might" work differently on those boards.

With that perhaps someone more familiar with AMD boards could chime in or you could visit a site like overclock.net and go to their AMD board forums. You might also review your owner's manual for your board.

    Good luck.

If you had CSM enabled on your UEFI bios it's entirely possible that you have a MBR disk and not a gpt disk

This can easily be checked via Disk Management. Simply right click the disk, properties, volume tab...

I doubt that is the issue though (MBR vs. GPT), but again... AMD board

Interesting, that's a totally different properties window from what I'm able to achieve.

You have to right click the disk itself, not its partitions. Ex: "Disk 1"

This yielded the same result. It doesn't matter, diskpart helped. Turns out I have all MBR partitions.

Looks that way. That said, I've not looked into how that affects CSM & Secure Boot as I only use UEFI (GPT) since I've no need to use anything legacy in the BIOS.

I have no idea, tried to edit it on mobile and I think I just deleted it. Regardless, like you said you doubt partition style is the issue. I'm not sure what to do next if I want secure boot.
