What is the latest supported edition of Windows or Win 10 build for your device?
If an older edition e.g. Win 8, you may have to use an older driver.

I look for my laptop model on its manufacturer site and there's Windows 10 (64-bit) drivers for it, but like I have done many trials for the drivers there, none of them worked. My camera is still undetected by Windows and I have concluded that was hardware issue.

Win32WebViewHost is renamed to Desktop App Web Viewer in 1903, and I have already enabled it before, but the camera is still undetected

Open Device manager. Right click on the USB that has a yellow alert and choose properties. On details tab, on the push down select Hardware IDs. Put the mouse on the fist line and right click - copy
    Paste the hardware ID here.
It should be a string like this: USB\VID_03F0&PID_A707&REV_0030&MI_00

It seems like a hardware failure.
Boot a Linux USB disk and look if your camera is detected and work.

I did do a test using Ubuntu Live DVD as bro67 said, and it says No Camera Found

    Update:

    Hello,

It has been a while since I started this thread about my built-in webcam not working for my laptop, and I had concluded that it was my hardware problem. I had brought my laptop to service, but they could only tell me to either replace it, or buy an external webcam, and I had already bought myself an external webcam.

But anyways, thank you so much everyone, for helping me out this far! I will close this thread and mark this as solved.

    Cheers,
    Rin
