Reinstalling Windows 10 doesn't help either. I have tried this the second time.

I also have tried Lenovo Vantage (it got upgraded from Lenovo Settings) on the second site you sent, but it cannot detect any integrated camera (the camera section is missing in Hardware Settings).

Basically I'm stuck with hardware issue.

Welp, looks like I’m gonna live with this laptop without a webcam until I can buy a new laptop soon, and I don’t plan on buying a separate webcam anyway.
Thanks for helping btw, I’m very appreciated.

A webcam replacement on a laptop is not a very difficult job for anyone mechanically inclined or a reputable repair shop. So don't rule that out as a possibility.

This laptop is very old, and the webcam component is really rare in my country, so I doubt that I would ever get one replacement for it

Can you get components from China or elsewhere shipped to Vietnam?
Most of the hard to find components I look for come from China.

I also find them on UK as well, but China might be cheaper. I just don't know how the quality will be though.

For most laptops and PCs the original manufacturer's parts come from China or elsewhere in Asia anyway.

I have a similar problem (posted on this site) as the Webcams stopped working and a faulty driver is indicated in Device Manager. But neither the computer manufacturer nor Intel can offer a different driver --- they say what I have is 'the latest and best'. I know it is not a hardware fault because the cams work OK on my duel boot PC when I boot into Android --- so it must be a Windows fault. If I ever find a solution I will post here, as it may help.
