BIOS Update and reset BIOS settings

Yesterday I updated my BIOS and everything is working fine. Now do I need to reset the BIOS settings or I leave it as it is? I read somewhere that it's good to reset the bios settings after you do a BIOS update . What should I do, thanks.

You Should check the bios after an update to see if "your" settings are the same.
Unless there is some instability in your system , I would leave it as is.
Default is is mainly for starting fresh and tweaking your system, or for debugging problems.

Most makers say you must clear the CMOS after an update as if there are any new settings they won't load until it's reset so check what makers say
