For those trying to troubleshoot this issue be aware this is an AMD board which is obviously different from an Intel board, and thus will operate differently from an Intel board, especially where BIOS setting are concerned.

With that, if the OP can get into Windows they could always try backdooring into the BIOS by trying a Windows recovery using this tutorial - How to Boot to UEFI Firmware Settings from inside Windows 10

BUT... I know nothing about AMD boards, or whether this one even supports UEFI, so....

In Windows 10, hold down the Shift key the select Restart. Navigate to the option to restart in the BIOS screen.

I will try to give you update and thank you guys for helping, but I still have not found any working solution.

My old Chicony keyboard does not have F key for Functions and therefore I cannot hold F key during boot.

This motherboard GA-MA770T-UD3 rev 1.5 is AMD based and it is old legacy BIOS. I cannot make Windows to restart to BIOS, holding shift key with Restart option does open blue window but in Advanced options there is no Restart to UEFI Bios since this motherboard is not UEFI based at all. It is old legacy BIOS.

Yes, I can boot to windows without problems but I want to make some settings changes in BIOS like enable S.M.A.R.T option for HDDs and some more settings change. When I edited BIOS with AWARD edit tool I see that PCI Video output is disabled and therefore BIOS probably send video settings to VGA and that is why it stays on black screen only. It is possible to edit that settings with BIOS editing tools but I am not familiar with exact procedure.

The solution could be to revert to previous version of BIOS, F8, but I cannot find it anywhere, only this one F10 as the newest.

If you have some more ideas, I would be glad to try them here.

Some Bios have a setting to set Function Keys as on instead of behaving as media type keys when pressed.

Thank you bro57. My keyboard does not have Fn key at all, like I have in my laptops keyboard. Reading manual, I saw that there is nothing in BIOS settings related to Fn key. Anyway, what are you suggesting me to do?

Mine does not either. Normally it is Shift plus the F# key.

    Thank you guys.

Problem solved. I asked from Gigabyte technical Support for a help and they sent me new BIOS firmware F11a which solved my issue, probably by correcting Video output signal to PCI-e slot.

Now, I have working BIOS with possibility to enter BIOS setup.
