    GoPro7 not detected by Quik


    Hi,
    I have contacted already Dell and Gopro and havent found solution that would work for me.
    So this is my last hope to solve this issue. To see posts there see the links:

    BAsicly laptop detects GoPro and it shows it as "GoPro MTP Client Disk Volume" in explorer and I can browse files, but application from GoPro named Quik doesnt detect that my GoPro has been pluged in, so I cannot backup videos with application which I really like.

    Also when I connected USB-C to HDMI adapter didnt work, but it did on another computer and it did show TV as MTP device, so my personal idea would be that there is a problem how windows see my device.

    A quick search shows that your question has already been covered by GoPro in one of their articles. https://gopro.com/help/articles/Solu...esktop-WindowsThe issue is that their software requires the folder on the computer to be named the same as the folder on the SD card.

    Hi,
    I been trough that topic. Could you show me where they said that? What I see they say that if somebody changed the structure on SD card of GoPro that might be an issue, or would rename the main folder from 100GOPRO to some other name. But in my case that is as it should be, and also the program works OK with another windows and mac computer.
