And yes once i change from 2 to 3 monitors the pictures of the 2 monitors disapears and it only has one monitor listed , and if i hit detect it doesnt find any other monitors even my second one that was just there.

How about uninstalling GPU drivers by using DDU and do clean install of drivers while all 3 are connected ?

I tried clean instal and update GPU drivers and it didn't work , i will try a rollback , if this doesn't work will a USB to dvi adaptor work if i don't have integrated graphics?

Yes USB adapter should work but shouldn't be necessary. Are all 3 monitors same ?.
