New PC has no Display but lights work - Happens twice a week!

    Hi everyone! I built a new PC, it has a Ryzen 5 1600X, 8GB DDR4 3000MHz RAM, RX580 2048SP GPU and a Gigabyte B450M-DS3H MOBO.

It was working fine the first week but after that, my PC started having problems. Every now and then, when it's working fine, I shut it down and open it a while later only to find out all the red lights in the case working but with no display.

Everything in the Mobo is totally new so don't know where the problem lies. It usually happens twice a week. I open the case, reseat everything, it doesn't work. I reseat everything like 5 times and it starts working. Sometimes, when I power it on, the RGB LED that I have set to red in BIOS, turns white (which is a default configuration) which means the BIOS kind of reset? This again happened just 5 minutes ago. I don't know what the problem is!

Can you please suggest anything? Any help is appreciated.

Nayam, I'll try to help you but honestly it's just a shoot in the DARK.
Let's start with your PSU (Power Supply Unit).
Make sure it's in good working order and it's up to Parr with your hardware.
If your using an old or off brand unit you need to replace it.
With at least a 650 watt but I'd go with a 750 watt just to be on the safe side.
Your video card alone is rated at 150 watt at Max.
Looks like your board does not have any way to get post error codes or
a connector for a board speaker, So if I were you I'd go back to the basics and
    bench test your new hardware.
Disconnect every thing from your motherboard.
Clear the CMOS (Don't forget this step).
Make sure your CPU is well seated, take a close look at it, make sure
it does not have any bend pins. Just put a pea size portion of thermal paste
in the center of the CPU and install your cooler and connect your fan.
If your using two sticks of ram, make sure there in the proper slots.
Normally it would be the second slot from the CPU and the last one.
Note: Rysen CPU's are picky as hell about ram. So make sure you got the
correct ram installed. I know this will work because I'm using them on my machine.
    "G.SKILL Trident Z RGB (For AMD) 16GB (2 x 8GB) 288-Pin DDR4 SDRAM DDR4 3200
    (PC4 25600) Desktop Memory Model F4-3200C16D-16GTZRX"
Install your video card and connect your PCI Express 8 pin connector.
Connect your monitor to your video card, Not to your motherboard.
Just connect the 8 pin ATX_12V connector, and the 24 pin connector on the
    motherboard. "NOTHING ELSE"
Make sure your power supply and monitor have power.
If you PSU has a power switch make sure it's on.
Go to front panel connector on the motherboard, with some sort of metal object touch the
    positive and negative power pins.
If everything is working correctly, your bios should post.
Note: The first time around, it may take a bit of time so be patient.
Ounce the bios post turn off the power supply and repeat the process.
This time the bios should post pretty quick.
Repeat the process till you are happy with it.
If the bios "Don't post properly".
I would return the board and get one that has a code reader and a speaker
connector. (So you can figure out what is causing your problem).
I have a MSI B450 Pro Carbon AC. It's just a few bucks higher than your board.
It has better heat-sinks than the high dollar boards out there,
that is why I landed on it. Plus it's got WiFi, and digital sound.
If the bios are posting properly than connect your windows drive.
If windows fires up. Make sure the drivers are up to date.
And start connecting the rest of you stuff till the problem shows up.
That is the best I can do for you.

Thank you for your thorough answer. Everything in my PC is in perfectly new shape, The PSU is Corsair MWE 550W. The PC runs just fine when it boots. I'm currently using it to write this answer, everything works perfectly and even games like tekken 7 and GTA V but this 'no display' thing happens twice every week for some reason. Currently it's working fine, had to reseat the RAM but last time it happened, I had to reseat the ram again then but don't know why RAM needed to be seated correctly after I already had done it correctly.
I'll take some points from your posts and try to debug it next time it happens.
Thank you very much for your answer :)

You might be having the same issue I was having when gaming.
My rig is a bit more beefy than yours, it never blue screened. In my case the game would just freeze (Crash) because the global wattman default settings seem to be off which in turn are causing the GPU to run hot.
You can check GPU temp on your Wattman App in Radeon Settings App and your CPU temp in your Command Center App.
    This fixed my problem..
