Turns out BOOTMGR was corrupt. I fixed it by running those 2 commands with bootrec.
Now I'm back on AHCI.
Although how do we get Windows 7 to work now?
I used Windows 7 Disk Managment to mark the drive as active.
Then went onto Windows 10 repair cmd and used bootrec.
That's how I fixed the 1st issue.
