I just noticed after the recent windows update that I now have 2 recovery partitions on my computer and an F drive magically appeared. I can't remove either partition or hide them. Not sure if this is a new windows issue or if my machine is just going crazy. Any help/insight on this would be appreciated. This is annoying the hell outta me.

I have two recovery partitions. The first was created after a clean install & is first on the drive when viewed with Macrium, the seconds was created after the 1903 update & is last. None should have a drive letter.
Use MiniTool Partition Wizard (MPT) to peruse the contents of those recovery partitions. The one with the latest file dates is the one you want to keep. Also run reagentc /info from an admin command to work out which one is being used. You can use MPT to delete the uneeded recovery partition and expand drive C: to use up the freed space.

Yep tends to do that if the recovery partition is behind C instead of in front of C
Just delete the first one ...
If not caring about rolling back delete both.
Funny you have one on the D drive too
There isn't a recovery partition on D drive. There is a System Reserved partition. I would guess that "D drive" is a spinner HDD and "C drive" is an SSD that was added later as an upgrade. The System Reserved partition got put on the spinner HDD during either the cloning of the OS to the SSD or during the install of Windows onto the SSD because of less than careful preparation before installing, or not cloning all of the partitions if the system was cloned.
F: drive in file explorer is a mystery.
