several different disk Partitions on Windows 10 PC

i only looked in Computer Management and i noticed several different partitions for my PC and i'm like how is this possible and would i need to do something about it.

    1.Main HD
    2.Recovery
    3.OEM Partition
    4.EFI System Partition

i'm not too smart about this kind of thing but i noticed there is the 4 i discovered in Computer Management as i am running Windows 10 build 1903 18362.207

    That's normal.

All 4 should be shown as "healthy".

C also would normally show as boot, page file, crash dump, and primary partition.

The 3 smaller ones might total around 1 GB, with C being the entire remainder. No "unallocated space".

This is normal - leave them alone else your PC may not boot.
