that schematic is, even more, confusing all lights in mobo working, little red light is on

is a light supposed to be on there?
what do I do if it is or is not supposed to be on?

the pc was working fine for half the month till I tried to turn it on just not long ago...
so please explain things in detail...
not just vague answers and schematics

    all lights in mobo working
Those LED's tell you if there is a problem with any of those four components. If any of them are lit, then there is something wrong with one of them. When everything is working as it should then none of them will be lit.

If it is any of the four above, as much as we may not wish it, any of them can and do occasionally fail for no reason. Had a video card do just that once. Worked perfectly fine for over a year and then one day did a restart for a Windows Update or something and that was it, the card died right then and there.

You'd think the manual would tell you, but it appears that it doesn't.

I think that labels are silkscreened on the board. I haven't found a good enough image of it to verify that.

If any of the 4 LEDs in a row near the ATX power plug are lit, it's not good.

Maybe clearing the CMOS would fix it. (You'll lose all of your BIOS settings, of course.)

    Try clear CMOS:

    or a better way:

    1. power off the computer and unplug power cord
    2. remove the battery cell during 30 minutes
    3. plug the power cord and power on
    4. enter the BIOS
    5. restore defaults
    6. save changes and reboot

ok so after 2-3 days unplugged i made sure all the things were plugged in

turned out to be a bad HDMI cord
that and possibly not enough power from the outlet/power strip

    much thanks
