Device Manager, Network Adaptor, No Power Management Tab

I have an Asus Zenbook with 8G and 256 SSD running Windows 10 home v1903. Often, but not always, when I open the lid the PC is no longer connected to the Internet. I then disconnect and reconnect to my network to continue.
I have searched for fixes. One fix often recommended seems to be:
    Device Manager/Network Adapter/(select adapter)/Properties/Power Management tab
Then uncheck "Allow this computer to turn off device". However, I don't have the Power Management tab to allow me to proceed to the fix. I have also tried changing the Power Options for the PC from Balanced to another, to see if that change might add a Power Management tab, but noticed I don't have any other Plans to choose from. Perhaps these issues are related.
I tried to add another Power Option Plan in the event that that might help, and ended up with 2 identical Balanced Plans. And I cannot delete the 2nd.
Finally, when I compare the Network Adapters in my Asus with those in my Dell, I found the following:
Asus only has a Broadcom adapter. My Dell has a Broadcom and an Intel adapter. Is my Asus missing an Adapter that it might require.
    Any help is appreciated.

Likely your Dell has a wireless and wired adapter so two device drivers.

I would go to Asus and find the driver they recommend for your Zenbook. Manually load that driver and then check. It is the driver that allows the Power Management option. Get the driver for the right purposes, that is get either the wireless or wired driver from Asus.

You could also go into your advance Power management options through Power Management and disable USB suspend under the major heading USB Settings.

Thank you Ken. I never thought the Asus wouldn't have a wired connection. So if it doesn't, I understand why I have 2 adapters with Dell and only one with Asus.
I'll try to re-install the wireless adapter driver for the Asus Zenbook, and see if that helps.
I didn't understand what the USB settings would have to do with my Power Options. I should have Balanced, High Performance, and etc., but I only have Balanced. The others are not available to me at all. And, since I created another Balanced by mistake, I can't delete the 2nd one.
    Appreciate your help.

The USB settings may have nothing to do with it, not exactly sure how adapter connects to OS so hoping by shutting of suspend it might help.
