    Sorry, I missed your post, but yes, if you have the disable value in
    <Networking>Disable</Networking>
    then networking would be disabled. I was just trying out the diferent settings.

    The default would allow networking.

    If you modify the command line on the configuration file you can get folder instead of having all the files spread on your desktop

    <Command>explorer.exe C:\users\WDAGUtilityAccount\Desktop\foldername</Command>
