First of all if u had problems with Intel® 6 Series/C200 u cant boot.
I see that u have Asus P8P67 motherboard. This motherboard have a second sata controller 2 ports from Marvell 9120 chipset.
Just post a screenshot with the error and also post the id from device manager to try to diagnose the problem.

    I guess you're not taking Bobkn's advice?

And It's not a matter of booting, it's about drive performance. The chipset driver should surely get rid of that error. I'd advise looking at your board manufacture for the drivers though. Not that Bobkn's link won't work, but the board vendor would be best.

    Good luck.

    • The Intel Chipset Software Installation Utility is not a driver and does not include drivers.
    • The Intel Chipset Software Installation Utility gives the product name for the piece of hardware. This information allows the operating system to display the correct name for that piece of hardware in Device Manager

    More here :-https://www.win-raid.com/t895f42-Intel-Chipset-Device-quot-Drivers-quot-INF-files.html

The device id u provided is from rocker raid controller
    RocketRAID 3120

do u have an external raid pcie installed for your machine?

When i say external i mean a pcie card that it is no onboard motherboard device. So do u have a rocketraid pcie card installed on the computer?

Do installed a modded bios for your motherboard?

If u not have a pcie card installed for some reason the onboard marvell sata controller is not recognized correctly. So if u don't use it go into bios and disable it. U can also try to uninstall it (right click the problematic device and uninstall) and refresh device manager before u go to disable it.
