My skylake i7 @ 4ghz processor not fast enough for windows 10 ?

I only purchased this system 18 months ago. ITs blazing fast for me and gets my work done. I am having a real hard time thinking im supposed to demote it. Really ? What excuse do they wish for us to believe that this will not work out. Or is their actually a legitimate reason that we are all supposed to throw away our tried and true setup ?
This computer has a Nvida Ti980 and that wont get along with a windows 10.
Nobody wants to purchase new when what they have works.
What advantages will there be if I just throw this one out like they want and buy new. ? Will Microsoft act like Samsung and continue to make my tools stop working with updates. ?
Heck I could by a new system and in 2 years they will be wanting me to throw it away. I can not afford to spend 3 grand every 2 years to run Photoshop an blender. may purchase a windows 10 to search the web and use sneaker net.
I have windows 10 on a dell latitude e6510 laptop and it seams to be running fine.
I have been reading about this but the more I read it seams the less I know. Someone may know from their own experience how windows 10 is working out on their "old" machine.
I am attaching a CPUZ txt file showing the hardware on my computer. GIGABYTE.txt

Where did you get the Idea that Windows 10 wont run on it?
Check my specs they are older and weaker then what you have and I'm running
    Windows 10 pro 64 1903.
From your specs it will run very well.

A GTX980TI works perfectly well with Win10 and a Skylake i7 6700K, very well in fact as I used to have that combination, since upgraded to a 1080TI however the 980TI is now in use in an AMD Ryzen build on Win10 and still working well.

There are so many versions of windows 10 and I am having a hard time finding the hardware requirements.
I misunderstood a article that was for enterprise versions of windows. Windows Pro is not the same as Enterprise

I have concerns that win 10 will do an update and my computer will stop working as my Samsung s7 did. I have concerns from a article I read someplace that many processors lack the right programming and they make the system exploitable.

Microsoft says that some updates wont happen because of hardware requirements. So I am exploring this subject and I am finding out it is not brief.

Microsoft will post things on their website to scare people about windows 7 and then remove the article after a week or so.

There is only one base for Windows 10, with different features depending on end-user. All of the drivers are going to be the same. NVIDIA is not getting along with MS since the introduction of Windows 10, because of what NVIDIA wants for how gaming is, compared to MS.

MS does not write articles, third party writers do from their thoughts.

    and
this is article too is where I got my info above on the "Article"

Disregard those. Again, it is the feelings of the author not MS.

Windows 10 is running quite happily in many cases on far older hardware than your Skylake setup.

I have concerns from a article I read someplace that many processors lack the right programming and they make the system exploitable.
Which has got nothing to do with the version of Windows, the fault lies with Intel and to a lot lesser degree AMD. In Win10 and Linux and possibly OSX? they are mostly getting fixed, where possible by updates to the processors microcode, there are no updates for Win7 as it's been out of mainstream support for 4 years now, may be a partial fix from your motherboard manufacturer via a bios microcode update.
My PC, this one which looks to be similar to your setup had Win10 from the start, never had Win7 on it, there were no noticeable slowdowns on applying the fixes from Microsoft or flashing the bios with a new microcode a couple of time.

Not that there have actually been any live cases of these exploits ever being used yet that I'm aware of. However, you are far more susceptible sticking to Win7 as there is no fix.

I ran an i7-4790K (Haswell) on a Gigabyte Z87 board with an AMD (Sapphire) R9-280X, and Windows 10 (1809) an it ran just fine, so an i7 Skylake processor (newer than Haswell) will definitely perform well. And BTW I also ran an i7-6700K (Skylake) processor on a Gigabyte Z170 board running Windows 10, again, no performance issues.

And when you say "fast enough for Windows 10" what exactly does that mean because "fast" is a loose relative term. Fast enough compared to what in what capacity.
