What Is The Latest Intel RST Driver for Intel X99 Platforms?

Hi. So my manufacturer (MSI) haven't updated the SATA ACHI/RAID drivers since 2016 and it is labeled version 14.8.0.1042. To my knowledge I can't install the latest one from Intel (17.2.0.1009) because it is incompatible with the X99 platform (?), so what is the latest one for what I have? I couldn't find it out. I am going to extract the RTS driver so I don't get the user Interface, but I would like the last one that is supported. Any guideance is greatly appreciated.

    14.8.18.1066 WHQL

If you want drivers only you can get them here: [DRIVERS] Intel Chipset/Ethernet/MEI/SATA (Z97/X99)

The IRST software UI will remain the same, just the driver will be updated.

I personally don't need the IRST soft bloatware(uninstalled it and just installed the driver only) and just use the driver(for my Z370 board.

14.8.18.1066 is not listed on Intel's site so I think those are for ASUS ROGs, not MSI. I can't take any chances on them. I did some searching and I found this Intel(R) X99 Chipset Product Specifications

Where it says RAID configuration, RST 14. I see on Intel's download page for RST that there are RST versions 14, recently been updated to 14.8.16.1063 in March 2019: Download Intel(R) Rapid Storage Technology (Intel(R) RST) User Interface and Driver

Are the "14" drivers the one's I need? My installed version is also listed there, 14.8.0.1042. These Intel drivers are so hard to make sense on.

Those drivers are actually from WinRAID

You only need the driver, to install right click the AHCI.inf and select install

    Intel RST(e) drivers v14.8.18.1066 WHQL dated 09/06/2017
Recommended for Intel X99 systems, usable with all Windows Operating Systems from Win7 (32/64bit) up.
Best matching Intel RAID ROM resp. EFI "RaidDriver" BIOS modules: v14.8.2.2397

    Comments:
These currently latest Intel RST(e) drivers from the v14 platform are already well developed (contrary to the first v14 series drivers). They give modern Intel Chipset systems a good performance and stability.
Contrary to the "classical" Intel RST drivers the RST(e) drivers have an additional SCSI filter driver named iaStorF.sys.
"TRIM in RAID0" is supported (Precondition: An actual Intel RAID ROM or EFI RAID "SataDriver" from v11 up is present within the BIOS).
