Check my system information see if i have miss, nor something wrong with devices inside my HP pavilion laptop then here is

Has it got a finger print scanner?

When you first click on Properties and are taken to the General tab is there any warning about device conflicts with Windows 10?

check google, search and look for issues, find it, it is part of audio driver problem . then I update my pc see if update driver then there is no issues with audio .. then I don't know what it is . and it say audio problem and these is no audio problem after update. confuse ...

No, hp pavilion doesn't have finger scan on the panel. I don't have the finger scan device nor with HP laptop either.
