Windows 10 tablet touch screen reversed-thinking I need to reset

    Hi,

I have a Ainol Novo ao 47119 windows 10 tablet, 64gb ram, quad cpu with a 3d chip(can't remember what chip)...
My problem is some how the touch screen seems to be reversed, meaning when I move my finger on the left it is on the right, it is basically unusable though as even though I can slowly try to get the cursor were I want it...I can't seem to get anything done...

I think it a Factory reset should fix it....but I can't use the onscreen keyboard because of the wonky touch screen, The only plugs on this tablet are HDMI, Power, sd card, phone jack, power and Micro B Female usb...
and the standard 3 buttons (on, Volume up and down etc)

I recently bought a cable (Windows 10 tablet touch screen reversed-thinking I need to reset-81598jilnzl._sl1500_-1-.jpg ) to try (to convert Micro b to normal USB and a gender changer) with my KB and mouse but nothing works when I plug it in...

I'm hoping there is some sort of button press (like a phone) that could do the reset but I have found nothing so far.

I don't think so, the screen seems normal, just that when I touch it the cursor appears on screen(though not were my finger is), the up/down/left and right movements are reversed..but it also jumps around way to fast when I try to move the cursor...when windows starts all the images are in the correct position and size.. This would be (I think) something simple to fix on a standard pc, (just use a mouse instead of the KB) but for some reason this tablet did not come with any standard plugs for external mouse...(at lest not that I can find).. either that Micro b is not meant for mouse or external KB(nether work), or because I can't get to the point were Windows is fully loaded (stops at login as I can't really type anything)...

Windows does not notice the Mouse or KB until you get to the full desktop...(not sure if thats what is really happening...as this is Windows 10, and on my normal PC my mouse works in the Bios and at the login screen...normal USB mouse though)

I searched the term Hard Reset and came up with hits.

How to Hard Reset my phone - AINOL Novo 7 Venus - HardReset.info

This isn't your device but maybe this site has something. Not so sure that hard reset is that much different on different devices. Even these instructions seem to use standard keys. Volume buttons and power.

I've looked at there web site (eng version) I see no support section or even a contact button..., its a older model so of course there is no page listing for it either.(I bought it about 2 years ago for about $100)

    Try this

    Contact Us

and Good Luck. Support should be better. Even if light it should tell you how to reset.
