third party inf does not contain digital signature

I want to install a driver by clicking on inf file but I get this error :

third party inf does not contain digital signature

I found many topic say that I can disable that by these commands:

bcdedit /set loadoptions DDISABLE_INTEGRITY_CHECKS
bcdedit /set testsigning on

I tried after restart but it did not work so I tried to restart with advanced startup settings but my PC restart directly into windows without display advanced startup options !!

Any solution ?

as I said in my post I tried some options and did not work, yours too.

Follow these steps:

1. Go to Settings > Update & security > Recovery > Advanced startup > Restart now.
2. Choose Troubleshoot > Advanced options > Startup Settings > Restart > F7 or 7.

Once it restarts, you may now install any third party drivers. Note that the next time you device restarts, driver signature enforcement will be enabled again.

Thanks but when I restart my computer go into windows fast , the troubleshoot menu does not display !! I also tried shift + restart it did not work !!. please advise.

You can not do it, unless you disable secure boot and break Windows 10 in the process, it is just not worth it.
If you have such an incompatible device, either use Windows 7/8 or linux, do not even try it on Windows 10.

Did you restart from the windows icon on the task bar or from the button below the "advanced startup" section?
you need to do this from the "advanced startup" section, only then will you get to the other parts. I have installed drivers that way many times, because windows will uninstall it when you get an update. so be prepaired for reinstalls

Well, I just followed the guide I gave above and it does exactly what I want it to do. so the procedure is correct. There must be a setting somewhere that has disabled this to function properly, where to look for that, I don't know. or you have a corrupt file that prevents it from starting. Sorry, can't help any further
