Microsoft Mouse and Keyboard Center Will Not Load

I did an upgrade from Build 18362.86 to 18894.1000. Upgrade went fine but would not load the Microsoft Mouse and Keyboard Center. It is a Microsoft Model 5050 keyboard. The keyboard works as far as typing but I have lost the ability to add Macros to the F keys. I have reinstalled the software and checked for driver updates but does not help. I have tried 3 different Model 5050 keyboards and numerous USB ports. That does not solve the problem. I have reverted back to Build 18362.86 and everything works fine. Any ideas?

Searching some revealed that this had been reported to microsoft few times back in 2016 , microsoft never provided a solution but asking from people with issues to run the hardware trouble shooter .

Which solved nothing really so this is where they direct them to use Intellitype tool to set macros instead of the good old control center .

Intellitype did not recognize the keyboard either. Maybe they will fix eventually.
