hp notebook screen is broken That's why hp notebook connected to philips screen but philips monitör is give error, error name is "no input video" and than goes into sleep mode.

How are you connecting to the monitor?
make and model of the computer and the monitor your trying to connect to is helpful.
Are you using a vga to vga port or hdmi to hdmi?
I am connecting a vga cable pc and monitör.There was no problem reflection problem before but this morning same computer is now mirroring philips monitor is give errror and than ı trial hdmi cable another monitor , this time was succesfull
If the the hdmi is working great. for the vga you should check the device manager to see if there's a problem.
even if your not going to use it.
