    Problem when Initializing HD Sata3

Hi and sorry for my English
From Disks Manager I try to initialize a new internal Sata3 10TB but appears this message:

"The specified disk is not convertible because its size is less than the minimum size required for GPT disks"
and the disk has a capacity of 10 TB so now I can not initialize and format.

How can I fix it because I can not format the disk and It is New.
Thank you very much for your help.

    Thank you Samuria
I can not create a partition because I can not initialize the disk from Windows disk manager...

When I try, appears the next message:
"The specified disk is not convertible because its size is less than the minimum size required for GPT disks"
and the disk has a capacity of 10 TB so the size is not the problem.

As an alternative, basically to rule out a DOA drive, try another partition app. This is free, used by many here on Tenforums, and is very easy and safe. Give it a try. If it gets you over the hump, good. If not, and you get the same or a similar message, it's the drive. Can't hurt.

    Thanks for your help f14tomcat!!!
So I am going to try with MiniTool
One question... do you think it would be necessary to upload also the sata drivers? there would be some difference?
I think not, but... what's your opinion about that?

I'd leave the drivers as is for now. If they prove to be an issue, then you can update them.
