Cold Boot Hangup - Froze before Windows 10 Boot Screen
Good morning all!
Posting here since it appears to be a hardware issue.
I perform a full shutdown every night.
This morning on startup I got the (hardware?) Boot Screen and it froze there not moving to the Windows Boot Screen. I tried again from a full shutdown and all worked properly. [FWIW: Except failure to connect to Xfinity Comcast email which I'm treating as a coincidence for now.]

I did a quick check of my C: Primary SSD knowing it was unlikely the problem. All was okay. And I poked around the Event Viewer and didn't find anything unusual, but may not have checked the right location.
For a sanity check I restored the system to 2 days prior.

This desktop is getting old, though 2 of my drives have been replaced as was the RAM. All updates are done ASAP when they are offered and manual restore points done daily shortly after startup.

I'm looking for advice on what tests I should run to try to identify a possible target.

Thanks in advance to all who read this and to those who offer advice!
Best,
