My fn keys are not working?

So my computer works fine, but for some reason the function keys were switched up. When I'm on the desktop, they don't do anything at all, and when I'm in Google Chrome they do things that aren't related to what they're supposed to do.
F1 used to mute/unmute, now it opens the internet browser and searches Bing for Windows 10 help.
F2 rewinded, now it doesn't seem to do anything.
F3 paused and played, now it opens the page search on the internet browser.
F4 fast forwarded, now it does nothing.
F5 change fan speed, now it refreshes the page.
F6 used to exit full screen mode, now it functions essentially like a tab key but only for boxes I can type in.
F7 dims my screen, and it doesn't do anything now
F8 brightened screen, now it does nothing
F9 opened projection option and it works
F10 I have no idea what it used to do, but it doesn't do anything now.
F11 put laptop to sleep now it toggles full screen.
F12 putts laptop in full screen mode, now it does nothing

I'm running Windows 10 on a Asus Rog Strix Scar. Does anyone know a way to re-assign my function keys? I've tried searching through This PC -> Manage and can't seem to find anything.

Go to ASUS support and download and install the ATK package if it has been removed. Or go to the BIOS/UEFI and change the function key mode. You may also be able to get to the same by one of the ASUS utilities.

There appear to be "hotkey" drivers for your laptop. They may need to be re-installed. Go here: https://www.asus.com/us/Laptops/ROG-...Desk_Download/

These may not be the right ones for your specific ROG Strix Scar (more info is needed to ID the exact model), but here's an example:https://dlcdnets.asus.com/pub/ASUS/G...761.1554876987

    Harry,

You seem to have switched your function keys from "multimedia" mode to "function key" mode.

You can normally switch them back using instructions in your computer manual or
    Start menu
    Windows system
    Control panel
View by - Small icons, just so you can see everything
    Windows mobility centre
'Function key row' - change it from Function key to Multimedia key [note that computer makers put in this item so they might choose different words here]

Some PC makers also allow you to switch by other means such as using the BIOS or by pressing the Fn key & the Esc key at the same time [in which case I'd expect the Esc key to have a symbol on it indicating Fn lock].

Then you need to check in your computer manual or on the maker's website to see how to switch between the two modes.
