the touchscreen seems to be going crazy. ive installed all the drivers and the pointer is moving in the opposite direction. it is also registering two fingers when ive only got one on the screen. what can be wrong, all the drivers are installed correctly and it has a clean screen. it worked before i reinstalled windows 10. ive tried calibrating it, endless times to no avail, also.

na, this is a separate problem. this one has nothing to do with the camera
Perhaps so, but if you have two lots of people giving you simultaneous advice on two threads it becomes uncontrollable. Best to run one thread at a time, otherwise you could end up doing contradictory things.
And if you end up being asked to do, say, an in-place upgrade repair, everything could be fixed by one repair action.
