I am considering buying CanoScan LiDE 300. Does the following "Windows Scan" work with Windows 10? If not, does Windows 10 have a built-in scanner software/driver?

The "Windows Scan" app works fine for me in Windows 10, but it's more about the compatibility of the printer/scanner with Windows 10.
The official webpage of CanoScan LiDE 300 provides "Full Driver & Software Package" for both Windows 7 and 10. So, should there be no compatibility problem?
It doesn't look like there should be any issues with it having support.

CanoScan LiDE 300 provides two drivers:
CanoScan LiDE 300 Full Driver & Software Package (Windows) 18.24 MB
CanoScan LiDE 300 Scanner Driver Ver.1.00 (Windows) 57.58 MB
What is the difference? Which one should be installed?
You may need to install both since they are listed separately.
It won't hurt anything to install both just to be safe.
