To illustrate the computer RAM data please open administrative command prompt and copy and paste:

wmic memorychip get manufacturer, capacity, partnumber, speed, memorytype, devicelocator, formfactor

When this has completed > right click on the top bar or title bar of the administrative command prompt box > left click on edit then select all > right click on the top bar again > left click on edit then copy > paste into the thread

When posting the results into the thread please post then click edit then post a second time so that it maintains the alignment.
This is why I asked how they got the ram part numbers, I lucked out since mines play well together but you can see that my four identical ram modules have three different part numbers.

    Code:
C:\WINDOWS\system32>wmic memorychip get manufacturer, capacity, partnumber, speed, memorytype, devicelocator, formfactor

Capacity DeviceLocator FormFactor Manufacturer MemoryType PartNumber Speed

    4294967296 DIMM1 8 Kingston 24 99U5471-012.A00LF 1333

As already mentioned, going to 4 DIMMs stresses the motherboard/CPU memory bus. If you check the QVL (qualified vendor list) for your motherboard, you may find some RAM that is certfied for a pair but not for 4 DIMMs.

It may be possible to up the frequency of the RAM by setting the RAM timings manually. Increasing the CAS setting by one tick may help.

Unless you obsess over benchmarks, though, it's probably not worth doing. Better to have reliable operation at a slightly lower frequency than dicey operation at a higher one. Also, for some applications a shorter latency may be more important than a higher clock.

The short answer “The AMD Ryzen™ processor does not offer memory dividers for DDR4-3000 or DDR4-3400. Users shooting for higher memory clocks should aim for 3200 or 3500 MT/s.”.

I'm not sure that's the case because see mine:

Numbers look a bit odd because of BCLK is not even 100 but 99.8.
