When was the last time you ever had a failure on resizing a partition using modern tools like Minitool Partition Wizard?

I cannot recollect one for very many years. Sure, there is a tiny risk, but people should back up data anyway.
MiniTool Partition Wizard 12 failed to resize the main C: partition on my new Windows 11 installation this weekend. MTPW had to reboot to do the resize outside Windows which it did but the PC failed to boot. I had to recover from my Reflect backup. I then used the USB recovery drive on the forum which has MTPW 9. That worked fine to resize the C: partition.

Q1: Has anyone here partitioned a M.2 NVMe drive?

Q2: What program did you use to do it?

I'm playing with a new rig, just set it up, and fired up Partition Wizard 9.1 free bootable and it does not see the drive. It sees my SATA HDD.
The NVMe shows up in BIOS. It is raw, fresh install, nothing done to it yet, no Windows install yet (Bad RAM....Grrrr).

Once I install W10, and it formats the drive and creates it's own four partitions, do you think it will show up in PW then?
To be honest I haven't read through all pages of comments.

Your version of PW is way way out of date. I use PW 12.7 free download and I've successfully partitioned multiple NVMe drives

I used the PW bootable v9 two days ago on a new NVME drive and that worked

This is one of those threads where a new user replied to a 4 year old post (post 49) and we (including me) have been answering even though OP's issue was solved years ago. Worse, the new user has not replied to any of our posts.

Perhaps we should consider this thread well and truly "done to death"?

Why the sarcasm - I am just stating facts - post 47was dated year 2019.

Post 48 - 3 days ago by new poster - since then, his question was answered several times but he never responds. So we are all essentially replying to a "ghost" now,

Well, I am out of here on this rather pointless thread now.

I have. I've used diskpart, disk management, and MiniTool Partition Wizard. I have also let Windows setup do it. Does that answer your question?
    yes thanks !
