Then I would be holding your ground, which you are.
Any thoughts on re-casing the whole build and trying an AIO water cooler? Should have to do this.
Would another air cooler possible fit in case?
Yes escalate, escalate.

Not sure how to do that. I called the number given on the website yet I can barely understand a thing these guys say. Very aggravating.
Thanks. One of their supervisors has sent me two emails wanting to take control of my computer again to look at and possibly adjust some thing in the power controls. I have told him I am done with that. (the last guy asked me in reference to temps if the tower was "warm to the touch". I was like are you seriously using that as your gauge of CPU temps?? I guess I will escalate it although I had told the guy I am emailing with that I was boxing it up. (trying to push them) I guess I will do the unresolved issue thing.
My neighbor was on the phone with Dell and they did a factory reset for him...and lost all of his info, passwords etc. Now he has a fresh Blank OS for 300.00us! I had to take over and get all his Updates and such. Told him to get some of his money back to pay me, and supposedly they did credit him partially so he could pay me. Those guys really know their stuff! sarcasm here.
Their first attempt did mess up Windows bad enough that I had to reinstall it.
This has gotten escalated to like level 4 and they are unwilling to do anything blaming the games I am playing. I am not running any of it on ultra and the specs on this PC far exceed the recommended on everything I play and do. grrr.... Looks like I will be stuck with it and installing case fans myself.
Dell support has my deepest thanks for all they did for me. It was because of them that caused me to build my first computer myself. I have built every computer I have owned since then. Dell's support, or maybe I should say non support, has enabled me to have some very good computers and know how to fix them if anything does go wrong.
Yea I just didn't have 1,500 or more money to spend or I would have built my own. I should have done more research and I would have found the issues others are having.
