Need HDD tray for dvd bay

    Hi
ttying to ascertain which size dvd bay tray size I need, many sellers specify C50 with some numbers...does that mean I have to look specifically for toshiba satellite c50 a 1 DV ? Or can I get any caddy that is specified as C50 ?

    thanks

This is in the US but it should help to find what you need. Amazon.com: 3.5 Accessories

I am not too familiar with Toshiba laptops but it looks like the "C50" line covers a very wide range of laptops so there's no guarantee that parts from one C50 model will work in another. To be safe I would look specifically for caddies for the c50-A-1DV.

Thank you, I really didn’t think it was that complicated.....the thickness and Sata type I think is all that is important....

I think there’s three sizes for the size of HD/SSD but other than that it’s easy.
