Three devices listed in the device manager have no drivers.

After installing Windows 10 Pro 1809, I ended up with three devices which have no drivers:
    Code:
PCI Data Acquisition and Signal Pocessing controller
    PCI Device
    SMI Bus Controller
Everything is working fine, and I just want to know about them.

PCI DATA ACQUISITION AND SIGNAL PROCESSING CONTROLLERS
[Solved] PCI Data Acquisition and Signal Processing Controller Missing on Windows 10 - Driver Easy

Example results from a search for
PCI Data Acquisition and Signal Processing controller

Note: if you had drivers for these when running the previous build, this indicates your PC is not properly supported in 1809.

There's an outside chance you might obtain something using a driver utility such as DriverMax, which has helped me in the past. Note: the routine use of such tools is definitely not recommended.

dalchina, before I post on any forum, I do a search and read a lot of posts. I also found the links you suggested, but the first link is about PCI hardware cards and the DriverEasy article assumes that everyone's problem is with a laptop. Mine is a home assembled desktop which I put together around July 12, 2018. already looked at ASRock Support for driver updates yesterday and there are none.

    Thank you for your reply.

And did you have drivers for those in your previous Windows build?

And have you tried a driver updater program?

All I remember is that in 1803, there was nothing wrong in the Device manager. I never used a paid driver service, because always managed to find either the driver or the solution. When I see that other people are having identical issues, then I know that I am on the right track and it also makes me feel that I am not alone.

I'm pretty sure those are the Intel chipset devices. Normally Windows Update will install the correct "drivers" but you can get the INF Update Utility from Download Chipset INF Utility .

Sorry, don't understand. If you knew of pertinent details you should have stated them. I'll leave you with this now. Thank you for your reply, Many don't say 'thanks' alas.

Have you tried all the drivers available here:
    ASRock > B360 Pro4

Also before wiping out an installation of Windows 10 that has all the hardware shown properly in Device Manager, it is a very good idea to export drivers with the dism command:
    Code:
    C:\Windows\system32>dism /online /export-driver /?

Deployment Image Servicing and Management tool
    Version: 10.0.17763.1

    Image Version: 10.0.17763.253

    /Export-Driver /Destination:<path_to_destination_folder>

Export all third-party driver packages from a Windows image to a destination path.

        Examples:
          DISM.exe /Image:C:\test\offline /Export-Driver /Destination:C:\destpath
Then when you do a clean install of Windows 10, you can manually install any drivers for hardware missing drivers in disk management from the folder you exported the drivers to.

Thanks to all for the advices. It was the INF update that needed to be installed. There are no drivers missing from the Device manager.
