Keyboard Speed and Delay does not work in 1809?

hi
i was using this in older Windows versions and even windows 10 older builds to set the speed:

[HKEY_USERS\.DEFAULT\Control Panel\Keyboard]
"InitialKeyboardIndicators"="2"
"KeyboardSpeed"="31"
"KeyboardDelay"="0"

[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Control Panel\Keyboard]
"InitialKeyboardIndicators"="2"
"KeyboardSpeed"="31"
"KeyboardDelay"="0"

but starting win10 version 1809 these valued does not work, or at least it's not as fast as before, it takes more time to start repeating, and it repeats slower than before, anything is changed in 1809?

You check or uncheck the boxes. Disable the animation & fade stuff, keep the thumbnails, do not check save taskbar thumbnail previews, check show translucent selection triangle. Shadows on pointers and icons are your choice.

The settings are in Keyboard Properties in Settings. The Control Panel is going away and moving to the Settings App. This walks you through the registry. Fix for Hyper-Fast Win 10 Keyboard Repeat - Windows 10 - MSFN

hi, yes actually it's much better than before, about keyboard rate, thanks for that
I mean for those 4 checkboxes, I'm sorry there was misunderstanding,I marked them to see if anyone knows their responding registry keys? because I post 3 threads asking for registry locations, the 3rd one I omit my mean so you thought I mean what these 4 check boxes do? and kindly explained them all, but I meant to get their registry address, sorry it was my bad :)
