I was moving my desktop tower and it took a hard fall, but nothing catastrophic. Since yesterday I've been noticing this weird noise Vocaroo | Voice message
I BELIEVE it is coming from my PSU (EVGA 760w Gold 80) since whenever I tap the case of it, or when I press onto the case of the PSU, the noise dies down. Is there any way to repair this or do I need to purchase a new PSU?

Fall, huh? Or do you want a new PC?
Disconnect the PSU from the MOBO and open it up. See if any fan blades are biding or broken. Reseat all the cables on the MOBO, as well.
It could also be a motor bearing and/or bad coil among some other things.
If the PC works and you like it, I would go with another PSU if the advice above doesn't help.

Mine does the same too if I tap the case. It's the fluttering vibration harmonics of (the usually worn) PSU fan bearings.
Mine's about 6 years old now so it's no surprise. The PSU isn't serviceable so when the fan bearing screeches to a stop then I'll replace the PSU with a spare.

Well, you have to inspect it. This happened when you banged it, so I don't think that it is a lubrication problem.
However, it can't hurt if you have the proper lubricant (I like lubit-8) and you know what you are doing.
Use the lubricant like this - one tiny drop on each bearing. Ah, the old days...

Most EVGA PSUs have a 10 year warranty which is why bought one. Raise a ticket with EVGA and see if they will replace your PSU for free.
