    Iphone driver

Hi I've just recently upgraded to windows 10 from 7 and plugged my iPhone in to find a driver problem
The system is locating the drivers required but says it cannot install them as there is an error with 1 of the installers??
I'm fully up to date with windows 10 and iTunes...….I can see my iphone in device manager with a yellow exclamation mark
Could anyone help me with this please as I am beginning to lose the plot with it
    Thanks

Hi Bellyacres. Welcome to the TenForums @Bellyacres

With device manager open, click on the view tab and show hidden devices.

Expand the section with your iphone. Are the any hidden devices that could be causing a conflict?

What error message and code is being presented for your iPhone driver ?

Have you looked up instructions for re-installing iTunes without losing your data?

Are you plugging the USB Cable into the Back USB port of the computer (desktop) or in the Front? If plugging the cable into the front or a USB hub it will diminish the power. Plug it into the Back port directly.
Do you have the most recent version of iTunes installed?

Did you follow the suggests in the link in post #4? Try a different USB charging cable. Try it on another computer, Make sure you Trust the connection from the computer. (see attached)

Tried a different cable, still nothing. I can't get to the stage of 'trusting pc'

Tried it on daughters laptop and straight on no problem (windows 10)

Can you go into device manager and show us this screen. My example is not an iphone.

    Would like to see iPhone.

This is a driver issue most likely solved through iTunes.
