Jesse, check device manager. It will show up in either there or maybe in the network

Thanks, Dude. Unfortunately, that was my Desktop PC that I was referring to and it doesn't have Bluetooth. Now, to my Laptop. On the Acer website, it doesn't have the supported drivers yet published for Windows 10. But, it does have the drivers supported for Windows 8.

Should I download the Windows 8 drivers, or wait until the Windows 10 drivers are released on the website?

I would try the win 8 drivers. Looking around others have had issues with Bluetooth, so if the 8 drivers don't work it may be a while to get a fix. A big update is coming I believe by the end of the month. Good luck, let us know if it works for you.
