    I did yes. Disabled in BIOS and turned off in Windows10

    Damn.... can't believe vendors get away with this crap. Obviously there is a problem when there are this many hits in Google for a keyboard.

    They can't even be bothered to reply to an official support ticket, after an auto-response stated I'd get a reply in two days!

    I've spent thousands of £ on Corsair over the years, but this will be last ever Corsair purchase.

    Sorry to hear that. Customer Support is a real issue especially as they don't see one client as being important.

    Its such a shame, as on the whole, their hardware is good
