When there is scannow displaying corruption of the operating system there is a cbs log and the findstr command creates a concise assessment of the underlying problems.
Options that may fix the corruption include running the scannow command three times in safe mode.

Run SFC Command in Windows 10 | Tutorials
Other options include running the dism restorehealth command or an in place upgrade repair.

I did the sfc /scannow. There were repairs done. Below is the screen grab. In the CBS folder there was a CBS text file. I do not know if that is the same file that would have been created by the FINDSTR command but it does seem like a summary. It had the date and time of when the sfc /scannow command was run.

The FINDSTR command did not work though.

In the above image the scannow command displayed that it found corruption and was successful in correcting it.

    To reconfirm run these commands:

    dism /online /cleanup-image /scanhealth
    dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth
    sfc /scannow
    chkdsk /scan
When these have completed > right click on the top bar or title bar of the administrative command prompt box > left click on edit then select all > right click on the top bar again > left click on edit then copy > paste into the thread

    Code:

The operating system corruption has been fixed.

Post images of the hardware tests (HP Hardware Diagnostics Windows and HD Tune and/or HD Sentinel)

Run the BETA log collector and post a new zip into the thread:
BSOD - Posting Instructions - Windows 10 Forums

Place the computer into clean boot:
Perform a Clean Boot in Windows 10 to Troubleshoot Software Conflicts | Tutorials

Perform an in place upgrade repair using a Windows 10 iso.
    Download Windows 10
Download Windows 10 ISO File | Tutorials
Repair Install Windows 10 with an In-place Upgrade | Tutorials

Defer Windows updates until after the upgrade.

Make sure that there is only one drive connected to the computer at the time of the upgrade.

If the Windows upgrade works you are set.
If it fails then Panther logs will be viewed.

If there is a failure then run setupdiag:
